Телешка супа с фиде

Необходими продукти:

  • 800гр. телешко месо
  • 1 глава лук
  • 2 моркова
  • кервиз
  • дафинов лист
  • черен пипер на зърна
  • фиде
  • магданоз

Начин на приготвяне:

В мазнина се задушават 1 нарязана глава лук и 800г телешко месо, нарязано на парчета. Заливат се два и половина литра студена вода и се оставя на котлона. Супата се соли, след като заври. Вари се до омекване заедно с нарязани два моркова, парче керевиз, един дафинов лист и няколко зърна черен пипер. После се слага една шепа фиде и варенето продължава до готовност на продуктите. Сервира се поръсена със ситно накълцан магданоз.
