Тарталети с малини

Необходими продукти:

За тестото:

250г. брашно

100г. захар

100г. масло

3 жълтъка

щипка сол

За крема:

400г. малини

100г. захар

50г. разтопено масло

50г. брашно

3 белтъка

1 ванилия.

Начин на приготвяне:

Разбийте жълтъците, захарта и солта, докато сместа побелее. Прибавете брашното. Отначало разбърквайте с лъжица, после омесете с ръце. Добавете маслото, омесете на топка и поставете в хладилника за 1 час. Сложете да заври тенджера с вода и на водна баня разбийте белтъците на сняг. Сипете захарта, свалете от огъня, прибавете разтопеното масло и ванилията.
Разбъркайте добре. Извадете тестото от хладилника и го разточете на кора върху поръсената с брашно работна площ. От тестото изрежете 6 кръга с големина достатъчна да покрие дъното и стените на 6 метални формички за тарталети. Поставете тестото във формичките, като го облепите по вътрешната страна на стените им. Разпределете отгоре крема, а върху него малините. Плодовете трябва да потънат в крема. Печете 45 минути във фурна, загрята на 150 градуса.
