Мармалад от кайсии

Подготовка:          Готвене:          Порции:

Необходими продукти:

  • 1кг. изчистени от костилки кайсии
  • 2 чаени чаши захар
  • лимонена киселина

Начин на приготвяне:

За мармалад се използват презрели и омекнали плодове от кайсии. Те се измиват, почистват от костилките и се поставят в съд с малко вода на огъня. Врят, докато омекнат. Още горещи се пасират. Полученото пюре се вари, като на всеки килограм от него се прибавят по 2 чаени чаши захар. Вари се на силен огън при непрекъснато бъркане. Към края на варенето се добавя лимонена киселина – на върха на лъжичката за всеки килограм мармалад. Мармаладът е готов, когато дървената лъжица започне да оставя ясна следа при бъркането. Свареният мармалад се насипва горещ в сухи затоплени буркани, които се затварят и се обръщат, когато мармаладът изстине.

Рецептата може да се приготви и в мултикукър или хлебопекарна.
