Стерилизиране на кисели краставички

Необходими продукти:

  • Корнишони
  • Вода
  • Оцет
  • Сол
  • Захар
  • Черен пипер на зърна
  • Копът
  • Червен лук
  • Зърно карамфил

Начин на приготвяне:

Нареждаме краставичките в буркани. Заливаме ги с марината. Маринатата се прави в отделен съд от 10 чаши вода, 4 чаши оцет, 1 чаша сол и 1 чаша захар. Във всеки буркан се слагат по две зърна черен пипер, едно зърно карамфил, едно клонче копър, по желание няколко филийки червен лук. Бурканите се затварят и се стерилизират 5 минути. Между краставичките може да се сложат няколко цветчета карфиол и кръгчета моркови.
