Време за приготвяне:

Необходими продукти:

  • 1кг. кайма
  • 1бр. яйца
  • 100гр. кашкавал
  • 1 глава лук
  • 3 чаени лъжички чубрица
  • 2 чаени лъжички сол
  • 1 супена лъжица олио
  • чубрица на вкус

Необходими продукти за плънката:

  • 5 кисели краставички
  • 3 яйца
  • 3 бр. моркови

Начин на приготвяне: Слагаме в купа каймата и прибавяме яйцето, нарязаната на ситно глава лук, солта и чубрицата и омесваме хубаво. Оставяме купата в хладилника да отлежи за 15 минути. През това време варим за 5 минути морковите и ги нарязваме на тънки пръчици. Сваряваме за 8 минути яйцата, обелваме ги и ги нарязваме на половинки. Нарязваме на пръчици и киселите краставички. Върху алуминиево фолио или разрязана торбичка за сандвичи разстиламе каймата с дебелина около 1-2см. Слагаме нарязаните яйца със жълтъка надолу, върху тях и около тях редим краставичките и морковите. Леко придърпвайки единия край на фолиото/торбичката оформяме руло. В тавичката слагаме кухненска хартия за готвене и я намазваме с олиото. Слагаме рулото и печем в предварително загрята на 190 градуса фурна за около 50 минути или до готовност. Когато е готово поръсваме с кашкавал и запичаме до златиста коричка. За гарнитура на Руло Стефани можем да ползваме печени картофи или салата от домати. Добър апетит.
