Домашно свинско бон филе в мултикукър

Необходими продукти:

  • 2 парчета свинско бон филе
  • морска сол
  • 3-4 скилидки чесън
  • черен пипер
  • червен пипер
  • чубрица
  • сминдух
  • 100мл. бяло вино

Начин на приготвяне:

Измиваме свинското бон филе и го слагаме върху кухненска хартия за да се отцеди. Покриваме дъното на тавата с сол и отгоре слагаме изсушеното свинско бон филе. Покриваме го хубаво от всички страни със сол и го прибираме в хладилника за 12 часа. След като са минали 11 часа сваряваме за около 10-15минути маринатата от вода, черен пипер, червен пипер, чубрица и нарязания на шайби чесън. Изчакваме да изстине маринатата и слагаме измитото от солта месо. Прибираме го в хладилника за още 9 часа. Сипваме в купата на кукъра 100мл бяло вино и част от маринатата, след което слагаме решетката в купата и нареждаме месото върху нея (месото не трябва да се допира до течността).

Готвим на програма Турбо /Turbo/ на 130градуса, високо налягане за 5 мин., след като свърши програмата оставяме поддържане на топло за 2 часа. Когато времето изтече слагаме месото за около 10-15 минути в купа със студена вода и лед. През това време смесваме на дъска подправките за овалване, а именно черен пипер, червен пипер, чубрица и сминдух. След като са минали 10-15 минути изваждаме месото от ледената вода и го овалваме хубаво в подправките и го слагаме на скаричка в хладилника за 12 часа, но може и да се консумира веднага. Сервира се с чаша хубаво червено вино!
